Subscription Fees
All subscription fees (monthly or annual) are billed in advance and are non-refundable once the billing cycle begins. If you cancel, your account will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle.
Trial Period
A free trial may be offered at the discretion of Vent Flow Digital, LLC. If a trial is provided, details will be shared during signup. Once the trial ends and billing begins, no refunds will be issued.
Setup & Onboarding Fees
All one-time setup, onboarding, and integration fees are non-refundable.
Payment Disputes
If you believe you were charged in error, please contact us at support@ventflowdigital.com within 7 days of the charge. We'll review and respond promptly.
